Jeffrey S. Sculley is a partner of the firm and head of the employment law group. Mr. Sculley’s practice is concentrated in the areas of trial and appellate litigation, municipal law, code enforcement and prosecution, employment and human resources law, trademark, copyright, and commercial law. He has also acted as a deputy attorney to the Village of Cornwall-on-Hudson. 

Mr. Sculley received his B.A. from Bradley University and his J.D. magna cum laude from the University of Illinois College of Law, where he was a member of the Moot Court Team and served as an editor on the Moot Court Board as one of the top six appellate advocates as determined by a school-wide competition. 

Mr. Sculley served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Susan F. Hutchinson, an appellate justice for the Illinois Appellate Court, Second District. Prior to that, Mr. Sculley represented claimants in proceedings before federal administration law judges. More recently, Mr. Sculley was an appellate litigator and a regulatory, legislative and administrative attorney for the federal government.

Mr. Sculley is a member of the Boards of Directors of Independent Living, Inc. and Children’s Community Service. He serves on the Vestry of St. Philip’s Church in the Highlands, located in Garrison, New York. By night, Mr. Sculley directs and performs improvisational comedy at the Beacon Theatre. (No, not that Beacon Theatre; the one located in Beacon, New York.)
