Counsel to the Firm

We mourn the passing of our colleague and dear friend the Honorable John K. McGuirk. Judge McGuirk joined the firm in 2014 and served of counsel. He was a retired New York State Supreme Court Justice, where he was on the bench for thirteen years. Prior to becoming a judge, Judge McGuirk was in private practice, and at one time was an associate at our firm. Judge McGuirk was a great lawyer and jurist who will always be remembered for his kindness, humanity and sense of humor.
