M. JUSTIN RIDER
Mr. Rider is a partner of the firm and practices primarily in the areas of municipal law, commercial real estate, and corporate law. He has been engaged as the attorney for the Town of Highlands and the Town of Highlands Planning Board since 2006. Prior to joining the firm, his practice areas also included contract and tort litigation.
Mr. Rider received his B.A. from Cornell University in 1982 and his J.D. cum laude from Albany Law School in 1995.
Mr. Rider is a member of the New York State and Orange County Bar Associations. A community leader, Mr. Rider serves as Chairman Elect of the Orange County Citizens Foundation and is a member of the Board of Directors of the Orange County Partnership. In addition, he is on the Board of Directors of Temple Beth Jacob and Kol Yisrael. Previously, he has served as president of the Historical Society of Newburgh Bay and the Highlands and graduated from the Leadership Orange program in 1999.
