Mr. Duggan is of counsel with the firm and principally concentrates in the areas of corporate law, real estate law, and trusts and estates. Mr. Duggan has practiced law in the Hudson Valley for over forty years.
Mr. Duggan holds a B.A. from Yale University and received his J.D. from the University of Virginia in 1965. After law school, he practiced for five years in the legal department of Citicorp in New York City before founding the law firm of Duggan, Crotty and Dunn, P.C. In 2005, Mr. Duggan’s firm merged with Rider, Weiner & Frankel, P.C.
Among his previous activities, Mr. Duggan was a Trustee of the Orange County Citizens Foundation, National Temple Hill Association, and Holy Cross Foundation, He was also a member of the Board of Directors of the Hudson Valley Technology Development Center, Inc. and served on the Executive Committee of the American Lung Association, Hudson Valley Division.
